With contributions and endorsements from over 50 community participants and organizations, Internet2, CENIC, EDUCAUSE, and The Quilt provided support to publish “The Minds We Need“. The paper calls for federal investments in people, collaboration tools, and infrastructure to ensure the talent and potential of every mind has equal access to opportunity. This effort has received encouragement from many people and organizations across the research and education community.
